 To ensure your claim is handled promptly, please follow these four simple steps:

  1. Submit Your Claim
    Provide details of your product, including the model number, serial number, and a description of the issue.

  2. Upload Documentation
    Attach any required documents, such as proof of purchase and photos of the product and issue.

  3. Check your inbox
    Once submitted, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email of your claim and instructions on the next steps.

  4. Send in your Tool
    Package your tool, along with a copy of your email confirmation, proof of purchase etc. and send to the address provided.
