Deliveries from Europe continue to take a little longer and we’ve updated our system to reflect new costs and levies, related to imports and shipments.

We really appreciate your continued patience during this time. Our team are working really hard to keep everyone up to date with the progress of their orders to keep any delays to a minimum.

We wanted to give you some background as to why extra charges and delays have an impact on your orders.

EU-manufactured goods are NOT subject to IMPORT DUTIES, as per the UK-EU free-trade agreement. However, a number of US MANUFACTURERS ship to us via a central European hub. These goods are treated by HMRC as being shipped from the country of origin – not the EU – so now attract import duty.

In addition many courier and shipping firms are now charging a disbursement fee to process goods at the border.
