Covid-19 A MESSAGE FROM OUR DIRECTORS

Following the Government’s latest statement we are determined to remain open to offer our services to industry and play our part to keep British manufacturing moving.

The service centre remains open at this current time but we are operating on a much reduced staffing level. We are following all safety advice as regards social distancing, cleansing & checking the welfare of our team to the strictest levels. If you have tools in with us for service/repair please bear with us, we are working with limited resource and much reduced deliveries meaning spares etc. are not getting to us as quickly as we would normally expect.

It goes without saying that our Trade Counter area is closed. Our own collection and delivery service is now suspended so we will only be using couriers to deliver your repairs and new tools. If you want to send any tools in for repair then please use a courier wherever possible, or phone ahead for drop off so that we can organise safe receipt.

For technical & manufacturing process queries we are still here to help & offer advice, although all site visits are now suspended. Again, please be patient as those working from home will not always have the information and answers to be able to respond as quickly as we would normally hope to. You can find many product guides and catalogues available to download.

Our e-commerce facility will remain operational for as long as is logistically possible although please expect extended delivery and lead times.

We are experiencing supply chain delays now, especially with those suppliers based in Europe & USA, but we will try and keep you updated as best we can. If your requirements are urgent then please contact us as we may be able to offer available alternatives for you.

We are open and operational to the very best of our abilities and we will do everything we can to provide our clients with the purchase, repair and servicing of tools and consumables as we all work our way through this.
